About Sina Jacobsen

From a young age, my world has been shaped by two passions: art and outdoor sports. I’ve always found myself sketching or carving down a mountain. My journey on the slopes began at five, skiing, and by 13, I had discovered my soulmate connection —snowboarding. At 18, I was introduced to wakeboarding, and it was love at first ride. I quickly rose through the ranks to became one of the top athletes in street wakeboarding.

My artistic journey began in the 7th grade, where I chose art as my focus. Growing up in my grandmother’s bar, I was always painting and drawing, nurturing my passion for creativity from a young age. Although my initial dream of studying illustration in Munich didn’t materialize, I pivoted to my other passion—sports—and earned a degree in sports economics. I got picked by the global Slingshot team, one of the leading brands in wakeboarding. Since 2021, I’ve been honored with my own pro model boots and board, aptly named Copycats Pro.

Art, never took a back seat. I found a harmonious balance between my athletic pursuits and creative endeavors. Through my small business, Copycatsclub, I’ve launched a print magazine, designed clothings, and created a community for women in wakeboarding.

 

Now, as I approach a new chapter in my life, I’m eager to dive deeper into my creative journey. I’m looking to collaborate with a brand that value bold, innovative graphic design and need a dedicated artist to bring their vision to life.
