Copycatsclub

When my passion for wakeboarding grew, I realized women in wakeboarding weren’t really being seen, and I wanted to give them a voice. That’s why I started Copycatsclub 5 years ago—to show that they’re right here and that wakeboarding is a sport driven by passion.

Through Copycatsclub, I’ve been able to create something that connects my sport with my art. It started with an Instagram page and an online bulletin, and has since grown into a clothing line I designed from scratch, several women’s wakeboarding films, and my proudest accomplishment: a print magazine dedicated to women in wakeboarding.

Even though it’s not the ideal time for print, growing up with action sports magazines made me feel like I belonged and fueled my passion. So I went for it!
